What I am lacking in.

Being persisting, listing with understanding and empathy, and managing impulsivity. Me lacking in persisting comes to mind a few times because of the way I strategize. And I do not have that many methods for problem solvings. Listening with understanding and empathyis another because when I am listening I do not hear cause it does not interest me. Last but not least managing impulsivity, I do not even know what that mean.
When it comes to persisting that is having my brain make almost near perfect work. Trying to find a solution for a problem, and I can not come up with it right away I will leave it alone for a some time. Plus I can only stay focused for only certain amount of time. Anyway I can get distracted real fast if anybody say something funny I am done for the day.
Listening with Understanding and Empathy I think that means thinking before acting. Sometimes I do not think cause of too many distractions in my face. Reflective individuals consider alternatives and consequences of several possible direction before they take action. Soon as I get an idea I never think about the consequences because I think that there is none.
Managing Impulsivity, for one I can not tell what that is. In order to do this you have to make baby goals to get to the very big goal. Example graduating highschool, you must come to school first. Then study and constantly do the work there. I always go with my gut when I think I have the answer, so I never turn to other options. So in order for me to become better at this I must be self disciplined most of the time.
I believe that I am not so good at these H.O.M's because I do ask for the help of somebody else. Also I do not stay focused on the little things like studying for a test. I got to stay on point in order to become better in english. To me the only way that I can stay focused is to know that I am going to get money for it. I know one day that I am going to become better, practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect.
